Some larger or bulk orders may be delivered via palletised freight where required.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order volume.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, order size, and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery of Building Materials

Insulation and construction materials are classified as bulky or technical goods. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs where applicable.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
