Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Information

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
We operate in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation and industry standards for building and insulation materials.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Insulation & Building Materials)

Due to the nature of insulation and construction materials, we do not accept returns of the following products once they have been opened, unsealed, cut, altered, or installed:

  • Multifoil insulation products

  • Breathable membranes and breather barriers

  • Vapour control layers (VCL)

  • Reflective insulation and wrap systems

  • Any related building or construction materials

These products are not suitable for return once unsealed, as their performance, hygiene, and conformity cannot be guaranteed after opening.

3. Exceptions – When a Return May Be Accepted

A return or replacement may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was supplied due to our error

  • The product was damaged during transport (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, and the return has been approved by us in writing in advance

In all cases, photographic evidence may be required before approval.

4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

Orders placed by business customers (B2B) are non-returnable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to purchase.

5. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
